Case Evaluation And Consultation

Individuals who seek to be represented by our law firm may schedule a strictly confidential consultation with Uche Asonye or any of our other attorneys. This may be done in person or over the telephone.  You may schedule an appointment for consultation by first completing the questionnaire below and sending it to our office by clicking the button marked "Send Questionnaire" at the end of the form. You may also send the questionnaire to us via facsimile.  Also, prior to the consultation, please send us any relevant documents via facsimile at (312) 795-9114.

After you e-mail or fax the questionnaire call our office at  (312) 795-9110  to schedule a consultation. When you call, you will be asked for the date and time of your e-mail and/or fax.  The cost of the consultation by telephone is $150 (U.S.), payable by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) for 30 minutes. The cost of an in person consultation is $100 (U.S.) for 30 minutes. If you retain our law firm to represent you, the consultation fee that you paid will be credited toward the cost of the petition and/or matter you retain us for.

On the day of your consultation, please call the office at (312) 795-9110 at the time scheduled. Consultations last 30 minutes. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance in order to obtain a full refund of your fee.  For an in-person consultation, please review the checklist for information that you may be asked and for documents that we may need.  Please note that consulting with any of our attorneys does not establish an attorney-client relationship.
