Fourth Employment Based Preference/Special Immigrations (EB-4 Category) for Religious Workers - Requirements and Application Procedure

Religious workers who are members of a religious denomination that has had a non-profit religious organization in the United States for at least two years prior to submitting the application. Examples of religious occupations include: cantors, missionaries, and religious instructors. The alien must have been performing this religious work for the past two years.
