Third Employment Based Preference/Professionals, Skilled and Other Workers (EB-3 Category)-Qualifications, Requirements and Application Procedure

Skilled Workers -Requires at least two years of education, training or experience.

Professionals -Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree for the position. Applicant must also posses a bachelor's degree.

Other workers -Less than two years of education, training and experience are required for the position.

Labor certification through PERM and a job offer are required for this preference category.
